When you become a member your details are collected and stored by us, and never divulged to any third party. Any data we collect (such as name & address) are collected to allow shipping, and to improve our customer service and make shopping easier and more efficient for you.

Accessing Your Information
You can access your details at any time by logging in. You may update or edit these details or unsubscribe at any time. Any other information you wish to provide such as reviews or testimonials are used by us and only us, to improve our service and our site.

Order Discrepancies
We take every precaution to ensure that your ordered is packed correctly, and beautifully! However, we're aware that mistakes can and do happen, so if there is an error in your order (i.e you received an incorrect item/an item was missing), please inform us via email (info@eveorganics.com.au) within 7 days of order receipt and we'll be happy to rectify this for you as quickly as possible.

You can pay on our website via Paypal, with your credit card, or using AfterPay.
Our credit card payments are processed by eWay. When you pay with your credit card, your card details are not viewed by us or by any person except you, at any time during the transaction. They are encrypted and securely processed by eWay.

Discounts & Gifts with Purchase
Discounts will run for their specified time period only, and must be applied during the checkout process - they cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Any discount requiring a code (including Free Shipping Friday & Rewards Points vouchers) cannot be combined with other coded discounts. 
Gifts with Purchase are limited to one gift per customer, per promotion.

All Australian orders are posted Express Post, with tracking. You will be emailed a tracking ID when your order is shipped. If your order hasn't arrived within 4 days of the order date, please contact us so we can check on this for you! For international orders, we offer both tracked and untracked services. Please be aware that if you choose an untracked service at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for order delivery once the items have left Australia. Please also note that any duty, customs or other local charges imposed by your home country are your responsibility.
