    Are the all natural skin care products stocked at Eve Organics 'Certified Organic'?

    Most of our natural makeup and skin care products contain a majority of organic ingredients, and some, like our Raw Gaia, Eco-Tan and Mokosh ranges, are 100% Certified Organic. Where an ingredient is organic, it will be stated as such in our ingredients lists (denoted with a *). 

    Did You Know? Organic Certification is an expensive and lengthy process, so, whilst some ranges might produce skin care with 100% Certified Organic ingredients, the range itself isn’t Certified Organic simply because of a lack of resources. A lot of newer skin care brands have this issue. On top of this, certain natural ingredients are not available in Certified Organic form. A good example of this is salt - which is a mineral, rather than an agricultural product. This poses problems for things such as skin care which have to contain a certain percentage of Certified Organic ingredients in order to be labelled as such.

    Eve Organics is proud to stock a number of handmade skin care brands by small artisan companies, for whom certification is not yet achievable. But, all our skin care and makeup products are 100% natural, and where organic ingredients can be used, they are. Read more about what organic really means.

    Are Eve Organics products tested on animals?

    No, none of our natural makeup & skin care products are tested on animals at any stage. We're very much against animal testing and we ensure that we only stock skin care brands whose philosophy on this is in line with ours. All the products stocked at Eve Organics are cruelty-free.

    Are they vegan/gluten-free?

    The majority of products stocked at Eve Organics are vegan, gluten-free, or both. To check if a product is vegan or gluten-free, look for these symbols:

    Or, for easy reference, you can click on ‘Vegan/GF’ in the main menu and choose ‘Vegan’ or ‘Gluten-free’ to display only the products that meet this criteria. We’ve tried to make shopping as easy as possible for you!

    How soon will my order be posted?

    If you place your order before 12 noon AWST, it will be posted the same day. All orders placed after 12 noon will be posted the following day. Orders are posted via Express Post within Australia - so you'll get your items within just a few days!

    How much is shipping?

    Australian express postage is $9.95 for orders under $100. Australian orders $100 and over are posted via Express Post for free.

    International shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on weight. As an example, a 500g parcel going to the United Kingdom would cost $12.80 to ship.

    What countries do you post to?

    We post worldwide!

    My order was missing an item/something was damaged. What can I do?

    We take every precaution to ensure that your ordered is packed correctly, and to date, we have a zero-error record! However, we're aware that mistakes can and do happen, so if there is an error in your order (i.e you received an incorrect item/an item was missing), please inform us via email (info@eveorganics.com.au) within 7 days of order receipt and we'll be happy to rectify this for you as quickly as possible.

    I didn't receive my order. What can I do?

    All Australian orders are posted Express Post, with tracking. You will be emailed a tracking ID when your order is shipped. If your order hasn't arrived within 4 days of the order date, please contact us so we can check on this for you!

    For international orders, we offer both tracked and untracked services. Please be aware that if you choose an untracked service at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for order delivery once the items have left Australia. Please also note that any duty, customs or other local charges imposed by your home country are your responsibility.

    Do you sell samples?

    Yes! Remember that all of our orders come with free samples – but, if you want to try something specific, you can purchase one of our ‘Sampler Packs’.

    We have two sampler packs available – our natural makeup sampler pack, which includes 5 of any makeup products – and our all natural skin care sampler pack, which includes 5 of any skin care products. (Note that not all skin care products can be bought as samples. Click here to see which products are currently available in sample size.)

    All sample packs are $5. So, one sample pack plus postage is $14.95. Two sampler packs plus postage is $19.95; etc.

    What if I'm not happy with my products?

    Because we’re so confident in our skin care brands (and because we want you to be happy!), we offer a 30-day money back guarantee; no catches. If you’re dissatisfied with your product/s for any reason*, simply return the product/s to us at PO Box 2222, High Wycombe, Western Australia 6057 and we’ll exchange or refund the order minus postage.

    *Note that reasons for return must concern a dissatisfaction with the product itself. For example, if a product’s pump isn’t working or the product causes a reaction. If a product simply doesn’t suit (it’s the wrong colour for your skin tone or a fragrance is the wrong scent for you), the item cannot be returned.
