1. Do Eve Organic skin care products contain anything synthetic, at all?
   No, absolutely nothing. What makes Eve Organics so different is that we ONLY stock 100% pure, natural skin care. You will not find anything synthetic or nasty in any of our product range.
   
   
2. Why should I be using natural skin care products?
   The skin is the body's largest organ. It's a living thing, and needs to be cared for, just like we care for the insides of our bodies, and our health and fitness. Studies have shown that more than 60% of what we put on our skin is absorbed into the bloodstream - so it makes sense to be careful about what is in our skin care and beauty products. Many of the common ingredients in commercial and even some so-called natural and organic skin care brands are known to be toxic and even carcinogenic (cancer-causing). Here at Eve Organics, we believe that if you can't eat it... you shouldn't put it on your skin! - That's why our products contain delicious ingredients like marshmallow extract, berries, and raw chocolate.


3. Are all your products certified organic?
   Most of our products contain a majority of organic ingredients, and some, like our Raw Gaia range of skin care products, are 100% organic and vegan. Where an ingredient is organic, it will be stated as such in our ingredients lists. Unfortunately, some ingredients are not available as organic yet, so it's often almost impossible to create a 100% certified organic skin care product (meaning every ingredient, from every source, is certified organic and grown or produced on a certified organic farm). We believe that as organic beauty products become more popular and the demand for certified organic products increases, more ingredients will be available as organic and can be certified as such. But we are doing all we can - all our products are 100% natural, and where organic ingredients can be used, they are. 4. How do I find products on Eve Organics?
   We have tried to make searching as easy as possible for you, so there are lots of ways you can find what you need on Eve Organics. Firstly, you can use our SEARCH field at the top left of the site to search for items (eg, you can search: acne, cleanser, rose, mask, etc). Secondly, you can browse products by PRODUCT TYPE and SKIN TYPE using our categories on the left of the site. Or, thirdly, you can browse products from any of our brands by using the drop-down MANUFACTURERS tab at the bottom left of the site. So easy!
   
   
5. Are any of your products tested on animals?
   No, none of our products are tested on animals at any stage.
   
   
6. How should I store my Eve Organic skin care products?
   We suggest keeping the products in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is not necessary, but we recommend it.
   
   
7. What locations do you post to?
   We post Worldwide.
   
   
8. How much is postage?
   We charge a flat rate of just $9.50 for postage within Australia, and a flat rate of just $18.95 for International postage, regardless of how many products you purchase.


9. How come some of your moisturisers for oily or acne-prone skin still have oil in them?
   Whether your skin is too far in the oily or the dry direction, the underlying issue is a lack of balance. When skin is oily, the sebaceous glands are producing too much oil, a condition which can sometimes be caused by over-drying the skin. For this reason, it's not always best to use 'oil-free' or drying products on oily skin, as a lack of oil on the skin can make the sebaceous glands panic and produce more oil, to deal with the shortage - and this leads to even oilier skin. In fact, all skin types need hydrating, whether they're acne-prone, oily or ultra-dry. The trick is to use oils that are suited to your skin type. Many of our moisturisers for oily skins contain essential oils that are reknowned for their balancing properties, and in the long-term you'll notice that, as part of a natural skin care regime, these products will help your oily skin to settle down and become happier and more balanced.


10. What if i'm not happy with my products?
    Here at Eve Organics, we whole-heartedly believe in every single skin care product we stock - and we want you to be happy! So if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply send it back within 30 days of the purchase date for a no-qualms exchange or refund (minus postage). That's our quality guarantee!
